Shipping Destinations
- We ship to all 48 contiguous states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes.
- At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or internationally.
- Please note: Orders with multiple items may be shipped in more than one package.
Shipping Methods & Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 48 hours.
- Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
- Shipping rates displayed at checkout are automated to provide you with the most cost-efficient rate available for your order according to your ship-to destination.
- Please note:
- Each order may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- Hazardous products and select oversized or overweight items must be shipped separately.
- Hazardous products (such as aerosols, nail polish, hair color, peroxide, or other flammables) may qualify for free shipping but must be shipped via ground shipping only. This may result in slightly longer delivery times (typically 2–8 business days).
Free Shipping
We love treating our customers! Orders that qualify for Free or Discounted Shipping promotions are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes.

Shipping Restrictions
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT):
Certain Chance Beauté products are considered Hazardous Materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). This includes items such as aerosol sprays, nail polish, and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals.
- These products are shipped via ground shipping only (typically 2-8 days).
- Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses).
Oversized / Overweight Items:
Select oversized or overweight products may be restricted based on their dimensions or weight. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Out-of-Stock Items
